Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?

If you are unsatisfied with your membership & you enrolled during the free trial option, cancel before the trial period expires and you will not be charged. Refunds cannot be issued once the payment has been processed.

Can I cancel my membership anytime?

Yes! Memberships are charged on a month-to-month basis. Cancel prior to the next billing cycle to cancel your membership and you will not incur additional charges. Refunds cannot be issued once the next payment has been processed.

Will my membership rate ever increase?

No! As a current member, your monthly rate is locked in for as long as you maintain an active membership. Your rate will never increase, even if future members join at a higher price. This is our way of saying thank you for your loyalty and commitment!

How long do I have access to the courses and live trainings?

You have access to the on-demand training vault and replays to all live and group Q & A sessions as long as you maintain your membership.

What if I can’t attend live? Will I miss out?

Our live coaching sessions happen twice a month — on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays at 3 PM Eastern / 2 PM Central. But don’t worry if you can’t make it live — every session is recorded and uploaded to your member portal. You’ll have full access to the replay so you can watch anytime that works for you (and even revisit sessions for extra clarity!). Many members actually prefer the replays because they can pause, rewind, and take notes at their own pace.

Is this only for non-fiction writers?

The authorpreneur track, book planning, and writing phases are definitely oriented for non-fiction writers. As for the self-publishing courses and coaching is applicable for either non-fiction or fiction authors.

What if I need personal support for writing, book ideas, or self-publishing?

Current KLW Members receive 20 percent off on 1:1 coaching and additional publishing packages not included in the membership.
